Place 1-2 tablespoon of Nutella spread on top of the batter. Place the mug in the microwave and microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Nutella, egg, and milk until combined. Add the flour and and mix in until completely combined. Add the mixture to two small microwave-safe mugs or two small ramekins, and heat for 45 – 50 seconds (800W) – mine was done in 50 seconds. Top with extra Nutella, or a scoop of ice cream.
